Reach!!

Reach for it even if you have to ask for help! When I was in school I wanted to take AP classes because I loved the idea of getting college credits ! I always wanted to try to get ahead of the game but, the school would not let me. They said that the AP class could not accommodate me and I was not ready for that level class. They did let me take an Honors class but that was it. No matter what, I still wanted to reach for a goal!
Let it be known that despite what my high said, I went to college AND graduated a semester early!! When my husband and I were in the process of buying a new home, we had to reach higher. While in my Master’s program I had to reach higher. When I was trying to pass my BCBA exam, I had to reach higher. As long as I would reach, God continued to help me.

When I saw my son reach for a book today, it showed me of how he could see what he wanted but needed to ask for help from his Mama, who he knew was tall enough to help him! For us mamas, we need to call on our Father when we are reaching but can’t quite get to it yet, because our Father will help us, like I helped my son. God wants us to reach higher because he has more in store for us.

Where God is taking me in my life now, is making me reach and stretch. Even though I can see that I struggle. I’m trying my best to reach for it and in doing so, I continue to ask my Father for help! So keep reaching mama; in time you will have it!

Reach for it!!!
