Self -Esteem

Self esteem it’s crazy how words hurt. They cut deep, I know your supposed to walk with your head held high and don’t let any one steal your joy but words hurt. It’s even worse even when it’s true and they call you out on a weakness of yours. So mama when your feeling are hurt don’t let anyone feel they are not valid but now you need to be honest with the person who said it, confront them and let them know how you feel. This is harder then it sounds I’m still a work in progress. But I know how it feels to take 5 steps forward and someone knocks you 6 steps back. Keep pushing Mama!!
