Today I got a much needed break! It was a great time to connect with mamas to feel that I’m not alone in this journey !! Mamas did a group to connect with ! It will give you fuel to keep going !! Remember Mama you are not alone !! We laughed we teared up!!! It was real !!Keep an eye out for the next one!!

Yes!! It was real and it feels so good to be connected. We have so many connections in life—professional and personal and it’s nice to be able to make connections with moms in a mommy-life space. Sometimes you are connected in other ways—coworkers, church sisters, ministry members, singing in the choir, classmates; soo focused on what needs to get done and possibly never speaking about anything outside that focus. Never getting to getting to discuss parenting and realizing how much we all parallel one another. Looking forward to the next!!
