Weight loss has always been a journey for me! This past year I have been trying to make life style changes. Eating before 7, working out, increasing my water intake.
But as I lay in bed tonight writing this post all I want it Oreos and Milk 😩! I keep telling my self I just need to close my eyes and fall asleep but mamas it’s hard !!! What do you do when you want a late night snack? I am trying to persevere I have began to pray asking God to keep me focused on my goals but Mama it’s hard!!
To day I wanted to tell you to keep pushing through even if you slip up the next meal is your next opportunity! You life and worth the sacrifice! Trying munching on God’s word to push you through, grab a devotional to focus on him!
