Walk it OUT!!!

To be honest these day have been long! There is so much going on. What keeping me lifted is I’m trying to walk it out! Between doing a HITT work out or taking a walk it’s the only thing that’s making me feel better. I split it up throughout the day! It is so important for my mental health, it’s my mommy break. Sometimes I feel so guilty when the kids ask if they can go for a walk with me and I say not now. But honestly I have to. It’s something about getting out in the fresh air. It’s the best when me and my neighbor can get out together. She takes me miles away from the house and I love it. We talk about the kids , recipes , school I can just be present and at peace. That’s what I think mental health is. It’s your sense of peace that is within you! Mama find your since of piece today.

    Hey Sunshine,
Yes, it is so important to find your happy place where there is peace and calmness. Everyone’s calm place
may look different. Your calm place is walking and mine is quiet. You are so right, everyone needs a calm place to retreat to in order to regroup.
Keep up the excellent job of sharing and encouraging Mamas.
    Love ya,
    YOUR Mama
